This is a simple list of HTML files for printing or other formats converting purposes.
It is created during each documentation generation. On each line, after the name HTML file, there can be a flag telling whether to print in portrait or landscape orintation. This flag is separated from the name by "," and can bear two values:

If the orientation flag is omitted, the default printer or output device setting is used.
The location if the HTML file is relative to the PDMprg.log file.
Each line ends with CR and LF chars.
